Completely random mix of things I cooked for breakfast.
Eggplant breaded with bread crumbs and Italian seasoning. Spinach pasta with fresh homemade red sauce.
Breakfast for dinner, yum. Spinach, mushroom, garlic, basil, and goat cheese omelet. Potatoes and onions. And sliced tomatoes.
The Veggie “Sandmich” : mustard, spinach, cucumber, sprouts, provolone, tomatoes, fresh ground pepper, and avocado. Yum!
